Purchase Management
The journey begins with the Purchase Executive who initiates a requirement broadcast for a specific state. Brokers receive this broadcast and respond with their offers. These responses are displayed on the executives screen, where they can negotiate, reject, or commit to a sauda (deal).
Once a sauda is finalized:
The broker arranges for transportation.
A truck delivers the wheat to the mill.
The unload supervisor begins the unloading process after verifying the truck details.
The lab technician conducts a quality test to ensure the wheat meets the required standards.
Only if the sample is approved by the lab technician does the wheat get unloaded.
In case of damaged or substandard products, negotiation is triggered to resolve the issue.
Production Module
After unloading, the raw material enters the production phase. The production executive:
Updates hourly production status via the app.
Logs which products are being produced and in what quantity.
At the end of the day, the production head:
Updates the EOD (End of Day) shooting report.
Makes necessary adjustments to align stock and production data.
Sales Management

Sales Executives broadcast available products for sale.
Brokers respond with interest, and the executive can negotiate, reject, or commit to a sauda.
Once the deal is committed:
The Truck Supervisor arranges a truck (either from the mill or the brokers side).
The Dispatch Supervisor oversees the loading process.
The truck is dispatched with proper tracking and documentation.
